General Descriptions

The main components of AS/RS warehouse system including storage structure, storage/retrieval machine (S/R machine) and pick-and-deposit station (P&D station). For a more intensive design, our Shuttle system and well-designed conveying syste can be integrated to combine as an optimum storage solution.

It’s a high-bay warehouse consists of auto-control system, monitoring system, warehouse management system(WMS), racks, stacker crane, automatic conveyor system and robotic palletizing system.Materials are delivered to storage racks by entering and exiting conveyor system, and then the laneway stacker cranes will perform the storage/retrieval function automatically.The whole process is achieved by computer and auto-control system. Stacker Laneway Style ASRS

  • The standard storage units with Pallets would be input or output on the storage racks automatically by staker cranes, under the instruction orders of WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • It could be optional with different modes of Single Deep Staker, Double Deep Stackers, Duplexed Stacker or Shunt Stackers, according to storage request of products varieties and work efficiency.
  • Storage Height: 7m-30m
  • Pallet Size: 1200×1000/1100/1200mm, 1000×1000/1100mm, 1100×1100mm etc.
  • Loading weight: 500kgs-1500Kgs

Radio Shuttle System Style ASRS

  • The standard storage units with Pallets would be input or output on the storage racks automatically by Radio Shuttle Cart With Stacker Cranes or Radio Shuttle Carrier With Lifting Equipments, under the instruction orders of WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Without more stacker lanes to reduce the quantities of stacker cranes, it could achieve high density storage with low cost.
  • It is worked for the products with low varieties and large quanities
  • Storage Height: 7m-24m
  • Pallet Size: 1200×1000/1100/1200mm, 1000×1000/1100mm, 1100×1100mm etc.

Miniload Storage Style ASRS

  • The miniload Stacker storage is used with paper cartons or plastic bins, the stacker crane is much smaller than Pallet Stacker Cranes. it is very useful widely and worked for the products with more varieties but small quanities in production workshop or distributing centers with high working efficiency.

  • Loading weight:<100Kgs
  • Running Speed: 180-250meters/minute

Multishuttle Style ASRS

  • The multishuttle Stacker storage is used with paper cartons or plastic bins by mini shuttle carts+stacker. it is very useful widely and worked for the products with more varieties but small quanities in production workshop or distributing centers with high working efficiency.
